SPAYSE STUDIOS is a 3,000 sqft. open warehouse space converted into a production studio multi-functional for most of your event or project needs.
Our high ceilings and concrete floors make it sturdy and strong for things like workshops, book signings, auditions, rehearsals and beyond.
Our studio hosts a variety of functions such as workshops and tutorials.
With our large open space we can fit 50 - 75 people comfortably. Feel free to bring your own banners, tables and backdrops to help with the final design of your event.
*We provide various couches and folding chairs but for a consistent look or branding we recommend to rent your own.

Our gian projector screen approximately 16ft x 20ft is perfect for giving a mini-theatre feel.
Don't be shy with the type of films you have. The more obscure the better! From indie art-films to adult films - consider us a safe space with no judgement for any project you want to screen!

Our custom LED lights can create any tone or mood you need. From soft & warm, to cold and gloomy - create a tone at the press of a button.

Are you looking for a venue to host your next party? We got you!
Our space is large enough to hold up to 75 people comfortably. Our custom lighting design throughout the studio makes any event that much cooler! From solid color scheme to following pattern to a mix of everything, your guests will be impressed once the doors open!
Throw in extras like a fog machine & projector for even more cool visuals like logos, slideshows or music videos!

Do you have your own video podcast, YouTube channel or internet show? Look no further.
Our white infinity wall can easily be converted to a green screen wall for adding cool backgrounds and effects to your project. We also have black curtains, blue screen and step-n-repeat poles for you to hang your own background!
We also have plenty of outlets for equipment as well!
